The central location made exploring the nearby attractions easy, especially with the Christmas market just a short walk away. The staff were welcoming and friendly, adding to the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. However, the room had a noticeable dust odor and was in need of upgrades, with worn furniture detracting from the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast area was cramped and poorly organized, making it difficult to enjoy a meal.

The cozy Classic Single Room featured delightful historical decor and thoughtful amenities like complimentary tea and coffee, making for a welcoming stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

Wolne Miasto Old Town is ideally located just meters away from Dluga Street, making it perfect for exploring Gdansk's attractions. The continental breakfast offered an extensive selection, including warm food, which was a pleasant surprise. My room was warm and inviting, with a notably soft bed that ensured a comfortable night's rest. The staff were helpful and efficient throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience.

Wolne Miasto Old Town is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from the Targ Wegovy Christmas market, making it a great base for exploring Gdansk. The deluxe room we stayed in was well-appointed with a large comfortable bed and a mini bar stocked daily. The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of cold and warm foods, although some juices could have been served colder. The staff provided good service throughout our stay.
